Multi-channel marketing expert since the discipline and practice began in Italy. Currently Founder & CEO of Personalive, start-up incubated at the Polihub market research and multi-channel marketing advisory with strong emphasis on personal services in all its facets: consumer, sportsman, parent, child, doctor, patient, employee, etc, according to the model and original approach of Dynamic Personas®. He is a member of the Extended Faculty of MIP Polytechnic of Milan Graduate School of Business, where he is Adjunct Professor of Multichannel Marketing. He is co-author of several publications such as the “Experience Matters” Reports, the “Multichannel Observatory” Reports and “Mobile Marketing & Service Observatory” from 2007 to 2015, Marketing Reloaded, Open Marketing, Mobile Marketing.
