Giovanna has gained a decade of experience in the market research industry, based on both consumer and POS data. Working for the major global customers and for the largest Italian clients, as responsible for quantitative studies, she gained extensive methodological experience. She worked in Synovate and then in Ipsos focusing her activities within the FMCG sector and on a variety of studies from concept and product, to volume forecast, brand equity and segmentation. She has enriched her experience working as an Account Manager in NPD for the selective cosmetic sector. In May 2016, she began her collaboration for Toluna as Group Account Director, with the aim of developing agile research methodologies.
