Tommaso Gandolfo graduated in Sociology at the University of Padua in 2007 and began his research experience soon after, at the Institute for Research on Population and Social Policies (IRPPS) of the CNR of Rome. From 2008 to 2012 he’s been part of the Ipsos Media CT research team in Milan, where he’s been experiencing large Auditel and Audipress surveys, with mystery client approaches and with the most widespread research methodologies applied to the Media sector. Tommaso then moved to the Automotive department of GfK in 2012, where he strengthened his expertise in mystery clients and in CATI and F2F surveys. Tommaso joined Toluna in 2014 where he combines his traditional methodological background with the most advanced digital research techniques, contributing to the development of Toluna’s research offer for the South European market. Since January 2016 he has held the role of Research Director and leads the Digital team, which is responsible for conducting ad hoc and ongoing research, consulting on the use of Toluna platforms and the implementation and management of online communities for research purposes.
